At FIV Obradors we like to be up-to-date with any progress made in assisted reproduction. For this reason, every now and then we travel to other cities, or even to other countries. Over the last few months we have not stopped and have attended all kinds of events relating to our work. On the 2 and 3 May, the first symposium on Gene Editing was held in Lisbon. A few days later, we were a little closer to home, attending a genetics conference in Barcelona, because reproduction problems often have a genetic origin and a good diagnosis can be the key to success for assisted reproduction treatments. Finally, we attended the ESHRE conference in Vienna, which is the most important in the field of assisted reproduction.
As well as attending symposiums and conferences, we have also given speeches. Dr Albert Obradors gave a talk in Barcelona on the use of IVF Witness, a system that identifies samples with radiofrequency chips so they do not get mixed up; and he also gave three speeches in Casablanca, Morocco. As you can see, our diary has been very full recently, but the objective is to offer you an excellent service with the necessary resources.
